Heavy Sigh Athletics — because you have enough reasons to be disappointed today, and your order shouldn't be one of them. 

 

The deal

We want you to love your gear — or at the very least, love complaining about the gym while wearing it. If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right. No guilt trips. No mile-long returns process. Just tell us what happened.

 

What qualifies for a refund

We sent you the wrong item

Wrong size, wrong design, wrong shirt entirely — that's on us.

Your order arrived damaged or defective

If it showed up looking worse than you do at 6am, that's not acceptable.

The fine print (sorry, had to)

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

After 30 days, even we can't justify it — and we're pretty reasonable people.

How to get a refund

We check it. Regularly. Unlike you check your gym bag.

2. Include your order number and a quick description of the issue
A sentence or two is fine. This isn't a term paper.

3. We'll sort it out from there
No hoops. No passive-aggressive hold music. Just a resolution.
